Why can I not redeem the voucher code I received from www.adidas.co.uk on this website?
 
 
 

This website is designed to deliver a ‘best for the athlete’ online shop experience to you and is operating separately from www.adidas.co.uk.
Vouchers from www.adidas.co.uk are not being supported by this site and can therefore not be redeemed
on adidasspecialtysports.co.uk, and vice versa.

Where can I find an overview of all my orders?
 
 
 

After placing your order you will receive an email with your order details. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email, also stating the terms and regulations. In addition, you can view your order and returns details within the ‘my Account’ section.

Can I cancel an order if it hasn't shipped yet?
 
 
 

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel your order even if it hasn't shipped due to logistical issues. Your order is processed immediately.

No worries, you can refuse the delivery or return any unwanted items to our warehouse for a refund according to our Return Policy.

When will I receive my order?
 
 
 

Most orders begin processing as soon as your online purchase is completed. When your order is placed choosing the credit card payment option you won't be charged until your order is shipped to you.

Standard Delivery: 2-3 business days
Your order should arrive within two full business days if you order before 02:30 pm.
You will receive an email notifying you when your order has been shipped.

adidas charges flat delivery rates per ship-to address. The flat rates correspond to delivery method. Rates (incl. VAT) are as follows:

For all orders exceeding a value of £ 69, standard shipping is offered for free.

The orders you place on adidasspecialtysports.co.uk come from a different warehouse and are handled by a different logistic partner. This is to make sure we offer the widest possible range within our specialised sports, and a head to toe kit for your favourite sport. It also allows us to deliver your products to you as fast as possible.

At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a delivery method for your product(s). The total delivery costs will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order.

Where can I find tracking information about my order?
 
 
 

You can track the status of your delivery at any time in the ‘my Account’ section on the website. Once your order is shipped, you will also receive a confirmation e-mail with a tracking number. With this tracking number you can track your order directly via our shipping partner at any time.

CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER IN AN ADIDAS STORE?
 
 
 

We are unable to offer a click & collect service from the Specialty Sports store due to complexity in systems. Please do not enter an adidas store address as your delivery address.

What is your exchange policy?
 
 
 

Unfortunately we are unable to exchange products. This is due to the fact that our order processing commences as soon as your order is placed. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return your purchase for refund and place a new order. It is only possible to get a refund on returns when the return is in line with our return policy.

What are the return rules and restrictions?
 
 
 

If you are not fully satisfied with your order, our Guarantee of Satisfaction will ensure that you obtain a refund.

You may return your adidas purchase within 30 days from receipt for a full refund. If the return falls outside of this period, or the item is worn, damaged or not in its original packaging, adidas cannot accept the returned items and cannot give a refund. Clothing returns can only be accepted if the original label/ hangtag has not been removed.

You may return your purchases within 30 days of receipt. To return a product or full order, please follow the return instructions below:

1. Make sure you pack the item in its original packaging, including all labels and hangtags

2. Use the provided freepost return label for addressing the parcel.

3. Complete the return form by filling in the reason for return and include it in the parcel.

4. (UPS parcels only) Please drop off the parcel at the next UPS store (free of charge).

4. (Hermes parcels only) Please drop off the parcel at your nearest Hermes Parcelshop (free of charge).

When will I get my refund?
 
 
 

Your refund will be processed as soon as the product you have returned is inspected by our quality assurance team and it is confirmed that it fits within our returns policy. This quality check can take up to 2 weeks, though generally less. Once the return has been approved, it takes 1-2 days for the refund to be made by adidas to your payment services provider (for example your credit card supplier). Please note that the time taken for a payment services provider to provide you with your refund can vary depending upon the provider.

Vouchers

How do I use a voucher?
 
 
 

If you have received a voucher, you can redeem it during the ordering process by entering the relevant code in the "Voucher" field.

It's as simple as

1. You select the article of your choice and place it in your shopping basket.

2. During the remaining order process you redeem your voucher by entering your personal voucher code in the "Redeem voucher" field on the "your shopping bag" page.

3. When you click on "Redeem" the amount of the voucher will automatically be deducted from your order. After it has been redeemed the voucher code is no longer valid.

What conditions apply to the use of a voucher?
 
 
 

For the validity of the voucher and the minimum purchase, please see the conditions of use which appear on the voucher. It is not possible to redeem the voucher for cash or to use it to pay for previous orders. The voucher code must be entered during the current order process. Please note that our vouchers can be redeemed only once per order and per customer account. Vouchers cannot be redeemed in the case of returns or accepted in part payment for those goods which are not returned. If you wish to re-order the article of your choice in a different size or colour, you can obtain a replacement voucher by sending us an e-mail.

Can I combine several vouchers?
 
 
 

No, only one voucher can be redeemed per order. Therefore you are not able to use a voucher with a cart that contains SALE products.

Can vouchers also be redeemed later?
 
 
 

No, vouchers can only be redeemed before you complete the order process. It is not possible to credit the amount later.

What happens to vouchers in the case of a return or exchange?
 
 
 

Please note that in the case of partial or complete returns vouchers can't be redeemed or accepted in part payment for those goods which are not returned. If the return of a part of the order means that the minimum order value is not achieved, the conditions for the voucher are no longer met and the voucher is no longer valid. In this case the original price of the article (without discount) is payable.
